Summary
I am a Medical Doctor and Forensic Pathologist and senior lecturer at the Department of Forensic Medicine and Medico-legal, Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a Forensic Pathologist I involve with a wide range of medico-legal death investigations, including homicide investigations as well as workplace deaths and deaths in setting of medical treatment and health care. As Clinical Forensic Investigator I involve with a wide range of clinical forensic investigations, including criminal matters such as domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, rape and sexual assault, manslaughter, malpractice investigation and insurance case.

Three decades plus work in the academic field and research in medicine.

> Advanced degrees in medical science (M.D) and forensic pathologist (Forensic Pathologist) from University of Indonesia (Indonesia), Ph.D on DNA (molecular biology) application in forensic medicine from Kobe University School of Medicine (Japan), law degree (Judicial Doctor) from University of Indonesia (Indonesia) and Diplome in Forensic Medicine (DFM) from National School of Public Health, Utrecht (Netherland).
> Skills and competencies in medical education and researches, especially in pathology, anthropology, embalming and DNA
> Skill and competencies in medico-legal consultation and health/medical law
> Skill and competencies in cadaver preservation, especially those for aesthetic point
> Attended Forensic Neuro Pathology and DNA polymorphisms training at Kobe University School of Medicine, Kobe, Japan 1989-1990
> Attended DNA database training at Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau DNA lab, Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) 2005 and 2006,
> From 1986 till now is still active perfoming researches in forensic anthropology in Indonesian population and found some formulas for stature estimation and sex determination
> From 1999 - 2009 as the principal investigator in the mission to find and identify 609 Japanese soldiers, who was killed in Papua island during Second War World
> Together with Dr. Evi Untoro build Indonesian population DNA database of CODIS 13 (Legal Medicine 2009; 9: S203-5)
